Solomon R Guggenheim Museum, New York.

The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum Main Gallery was located on Manhattan's Museum Mile. On this particular day, the sun had cast a golden glow over the scene, in the streets outside the museum, a vibrant celebration of life was being lived out — the smell of hot dogs and onions, the clatter of ice against plastic cups, the bustle of Manhattan pedestrians, the occasional honk of a yellow cab.

As he looked out, one of the cabs pulled up in front of one of the hot dog stands, the driver happily taking in the aroma before settling in for a snack. The warm smell of morning coffee wafted from a nearby cafe, and as the sun began to set, the city seemed to exhale a resounding sigh of contentment.

It was a good day, and the photographer debated as to whether he should have a chilli dog before entering the museum. He took a deep breath as he passed through the grand entrance of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum. The walls of the Main Gallery were lined with art and artifacts from all over the world.
