New York City was a dream. A world of hustle and bustle and vibrant colors, a city that never slept. For some, it was the ultimate destination, the culmination of a life's journey, a place of grandeur, wealth, and fame. But for others, it was much more than that. It was a place of hope, a place that offered a second chance.

On the corner of Broome and Centre Market Place, in the heart of the city's ever-changing Soho district, stood a mural. Painted by Tristan Eaton and funded by Paul Marciano and Guess, Inc., the mural was a testament to the spirit of the city.
